Mr. Allen Chien

Mr. Chien has worked in investment banking at Barclays , Citigroup and the United States and other world famous British HSBC Financial Group and served as senior director of Greater China and the Asia-Pacific investment banking industry , and in New York and Hong Kong Stock Exchange Mainboard-listed a number of China -related companies as a director , audit committee chairman and CFO duties. In particular, Mr. Chien has presided over this period and assistance , including China COSCO Group , China National Offshore Oil Group , Industrial and Commercial Bank of China , Shanghai Industrial Group , Lianhua Supermarket Group , Fosun Group , Besunyen group , known widely advertised Media Group, Chinese state-owned and private enterprises ( including their subsidiaries ) to develop and implement their joint-stock reform , the issue of shares listed overseas , important case of refinancing , mergers and acquisitions after the listing of equity and debt . Mr. Chien has a deep understanding and study of Chinese enterprises, and has a wealth of hosting and assisting enterprise development strategies and implement hands-on experience with the support of development finance and investment and financing strategies and other related work. Mr. Chien possess BSc Mathematics from Shanghai's Fudan University , Master of Mathematics from University of Alberta, Canada and a MBA from Richard Ivey School, Canada.
