Graduated from the School of Hotel and Tourism Management at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, studied at Cornell University, Crystal established her own brand, CHOCOLAT-IER, implementing her healthy life style with series of healthy chocolate product. Their signature product line, Bite Me Collection, imported from the UK, creates a friendly self-serve style of pick and mix chocolate, which breakthroughs the stereotype image of high-end chocolate shop and offers a brand new concept of chocolate store. In the past 4 years, CHOCOLAT-IER has been developing rapidly with more than 10 shops in Hong Kong now. In 2013, they entered the market in Mainland China, opened another 4 shops in different cities. This year, they are extending their chocolate business into bakery industry supplying bakery chocolate material to chain coffee shops, chocolate brands and local chain bakeries.
