Mr Gaddam Dharmendra Consul-General, Consulate General of India in Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR of the People’s Republic of China Born and educated in India, Mr. Gaddam Dharmendra has been serving the government since 1990. With more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Gaddam Dharmendra has held senior positions in various government departments, including Deputy Secretary, Ministry of External Affairs, First Secretary, Embassy of India, Washington D.C., and Counsellor, High Commission of India. In September 2010, Mr. Gaddam Dharmendra has become the Consul General of India to Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR.
