Ms Weng Li Attorney-at-Law and Patent Agent, Rouse China Weng Li is a PRC qualified lawyer with significant experience of IP litigation and enforcement, as well as a Chinese patent attorney. Beyond invention patent, utility model and design patent litigations, Weng Li has handled complex IP litigation involving well known trade mark, unfair competition, and advised on trademark litigation programs aimed at internet auction sites. In year 2008, two successful litigation cases she participated involving unfair competition disputes and trade mark disputes, were announced as Top Ten Cases and typical IP judicial protection cases in China by Supreme People’s Court (SPC). Before joining Rouse in year 2006, she worked as the chief IP litigator with a famous Shanghai law firm, having extensive experience in comprehensive legal practice.
