With the lead of Mr. Arthur Leung, in 1988, Poscelin has started their operation in Vietnam. With this new operation, the production in Vietnam has eased out China's quota problem. And the escalating production of jacket (Category 21) has produced over 1.5 million pieces/year. Became one of the biggest customer in Vietnam for 4 consecutive years (from 1990 to 1993).

In year 1998, Poscelin has again launched another major project in Myanmar. Up to this day, they are still operating 3 factories with a total of 2000 workers. Solely with this operation, they have produced over 700,000 units of high quality jacket to both the EU and Japan market each year.

Within all these years, apart from developing their business in Vietnam and Burma, Mr. Leung had also set up partnership productions in other countries, such as Bangladesh and Indonesia. In the past 5 years, the company has diversified their business into China ODM production. This new division has also received rewarding double digit growth each year.
