Mr. Tom Hsu Chairman, Association of Chain and Franchise Promotion, Taiwan Speaker's Profile: Mr. Tom Hsu, Chairman of Association of Chain and Franchise Promotion, Taiwan (ACFPT), has been devoted into food bakery industry for more than 20 years. In 2005, he set up Polar Blue International Co., Ltd. and developed brands including “How Sweet”, “Plain Farm” and “Village Churrasco”. Polar Blue set its foot outside Taiwan in 2012 and is planning to launch IPO in 2014-2015. Mr. Hsu is a director of the “Kou Fu QQ Development”, “Yong Chao Feng Co., Ltd” and a chairman of “The Cooking Business Association of New Taipei City”.
