Speaker's Profile:
 From 2004 until now, Ms. Su Shuang is the Director of Franchise & Investment Dept., China Chain Stores & Franchise Association (CCFA). She has taken part in editing the Annual Report of Chinese Franchising(2005-2011), Overseas Franchisors Development in China (2006), Trends Report of Chinese Franchise Development, Survey Report on Franchise Corporate Culture and《Franchise》.

Ms Su's published articles are:《The Performance of International Franchise in China》in 《The Journal of Global Business & Trade》(2006)and《From Ice Cream to the Internet-How to Build a Successful Franchise System》(translation to Chinese Version) published in 2007.

Ms Su graduated Bachelor of Economics from the University of International Business & Economics in 1999; and Master of Business Administration from Reming University in 2005.
