Speaker's Profile:
Victor Law is the Chief Operating Officer of Symantec in the Greater China region encompassing China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau. As the Chief Operating Officer, Law helps to plan, design and implement business strategies, processes and procedures, plus overseeing daily operations of Symantec GCR cross function teams including sales, marketing, products & services, business development, finance and HR. Law is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences focusing on Information Security.

With over 20 years of experience, Law has served in various capacities in the IT and Financial Services Industry. Prior to joining Symantec, Law held a number of positions with Microsoft, Dow Jones Telerate and Hypercom. He has extensive hands-on experience in defining, building, operating and supporting IT projects of different sizes. Law specialises in IT solutions in the areas of Messaging and Collaboration, Enterprise Systems Management, Information Security, Information & Identity Protection and has in-depth knowledge of Windows platform.

Law holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering with honours from University of Waterloo, Canada and a dual Master’s degree in Business Administration & Information Systems from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong.
