Speaker's Profile:
Mr. Alex Shih is a graduate of Economics from The University of Warwick. He also received a master's degree in Real Estate Economics and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science. Having worked in a well-known Hong Kong real estate development company for 4 years, Alex joined the Information Technology Services Team of Centaline Group in 2016.

Alex has integrated various operation systems of the Group. He also introduces the latest information technology and develops mobile applications in order to enhance the competitiveness of the Group. Led by Alex, Centaline Data Technology Limited (CDT) was established in 2017. Alex also facilitates the collaboration between CDT, Microsoft Hong Kong and TFI in the launch of the first real estate agency video platform in Hong Kong. In 2017, CDT formed a strategic partnership with Matterport, jointly promoting the VR flat inspection online.
