He currently serves as the Chairman of the Federation of Hong Kong Industries. He is the Chairman of the Advisory Committee of Recycling Fund, Chairman of the Energy Advisory Committee, Council Member of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Member of the Labour Advisory Board (LAB), and Non-official Member of the Committee on Innovation, Technology and Re-industrialisation. He also serves as a Member of the Trade and Industry Advisory Board and the Personal Data (Privacy) Advisory Committee; a Panel Member of the Municipal Services Appeals Board and a council member of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council;. Mr Kwok is also the Honorary President of the Hong Kong Federation of Innovative Technologies and Manufacturing Industries, an Advisor of the Hong Kong Metal Finishing Society, and Technical Advisor of the Hong Kong Electro-Plating Merchants Association. He is also a Committee Member of Hunan Province’s CPPCC and the Vice-Chairman of the Hunan Province’s Overseas Friendship Association.
