Speaker's Profile:
Mr. Chan has involved in various transactions in the capital market across the Greater China and North America in IPO, M&A, investment due diligence. Previously he had also held senior positions in direct investment projects in listed corporations. He is currently the managing director in Skydeal Group Limited, a boutique investment and advisory firm and the director in Lixin CPA Limited, Hong Kong. Mr. Chan is a chartered accountant and holds a master degree from Durham University, England.
