All documents and materials submitted for the purpose of assessment are not returnable.
Any information submitted will be treated in strict confidence and will not be released without applicant’s permission.
All applications are subject to the approval, and vetting of the Organiser.
All applications may or may not be approved at the absolute discretion of the Organiser; and without giving any reason therefor.
The Organiser shall have absolute discretion to amend and change the dates, locations, formats and participants of the aforementioned ‘Power Meet-up’, ‘Exploratory Mission(s)’, ‘Trade Promotions’ and ‘Brand Promotion Opportunities’ from time to time without prior notice.

Points to Note

1.Please observe the following requirements when filling in the application:

All information should be completed in English unless otherwise specified;
All monetary figures should be quoted in Hong Kong Dollar;
All information in Chinese should be completed in Traditional Chinese characters;

2.The form must be endorsed by the director, owner or founder of the applicant organisation.

3.Please prepare and submit the supporting documents including, but not limited to, the following:

Business Registration Copy and Certificate of Incorporation
A 3-minute pitching deck to illustrate the innovation of your product(s) / service(s)
Supplementary information such as Corporate Structure / Organisation Chart, Curriculum Vitae of major team members, pictures, diagrams and business proposal, etc. for illustration of your product(s) / service(s) (if any)

Submission of documents for verification

You are kindly reminded to submit the following supporting documents together with the 3-minute pitching deck to startupexpress@hktdc.org with a zip file named “SuE20_CompanyName” including the below three documents before 08 May 2020. Late submission may not be processed.

Business Registration Copy:“Please name the file as BR_CompanyName”
Certificate of Incorporation:“Please name the file as CI_CompanyName”
3-minute pitching deck introducing your company “Please name the file as Pitchdeck_CompanyName”
