After one and half year of Seibu, settled B.Y.O.Co.Ltd on October 1991.
Opened KTV at Tokorozawa Saitama, then opened food stand (what we they call YATAI in Japanese) inside his own building on March 1994. < p>In 1996, changed bussness model from YATAI into IZAKATA style restaurant name called “EN”. Then opened 2-3 restaurant per year inside Tokyo metropolitan area.
In November 1999 opened EN at railway station building which is very new frontier area in Japan.
Opened EN restaurant (IZAKAYA) at Tokyo center area such as at Shiodome city centre, Shibuya etc.
Same time opened fast food chain called ‘Ocyazuke style” (Ochazuke means rice poured with hot tea, its very popular rice cuisine among Japanese )
On September 2004, opened initial overseas restaurant named ‘New York EN’ at Manhattan.
Now opening new style of restaurant “Obon de Gohan” which is non-alcohol service style.
