Mr. Donald Austin Executive Director, One Pacific Ltd./AmCham Board of Governors Donald Austin is the Executive Director of One Pacific Ltd. which, along with affiliates, provides business consulting and cloud-based information technology solutions to multi-national and Asian corporations. In addition, he provides business mentoring services to start-up companies, business incubators, and university MBA entrepreneurship programs in Hong Kong. Mr. Austin delivers a unique blend of international problem solving and managerial experience with a strong technical, operational, and financial background. Mr. Austin and his teams have partnered with clients globally to implement strategic technology-based business improvements across business areas including finance, distribution, and manufacturing in a variety of industries and locations such as China, Hong Kong, Philippines, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand. Vietnam, India, Dubai, Singapore, and the United States. Mr. Austin was educated in the United States and Asia and has a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Virginia, a Masters of Science in Information Technology from George Mason University, and an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and a past chair of their Entrepreneurs Committee.
