His primary responsibility is to assist in developing growth strategies with the current Master Franchises to achieve success through the local franchise systems. Prior to this role he held the position of Regional Business Development Manager of InXpress Asia Pacific from July 2009 to February 2014. This role was focused on establishing the Asia Pacific Master Franchise network which consists of its 6 operating countries. He was also concurrently the General Manager of InXpress Singapore from October 2010 to December 2013, acting as the Master Franchisee within that market.

Prior to his time with InXpress he worked for DHL in sales roles from 2005 to 2008. Mr. Booth has also been an InXpress franchise owner in Seattle, USA since 2010.
