Mr. Mingles Tsoi
Director of Startup & Innovation Services, KPMG
Mingles was an entrepreneur owning his own consultancy company since 1997. Besides sourcing human capital he also specializes in fund raising and consulting for startups. Currently he is the Director of Startup & Innovation Services of KPMG China, mainly responsible for startup and innovative business consulting services for the region. Previously he worked for the CUHK Center for Entrepreneurship as Project Director for 8 years, with some major accomplishments of organizing the first and the only inter-collegiate social ventures business competition in Hong Kong namely “Hong Kong Social Enterprise Challenge, the first CU Alumni Entrepreneur Census to investigate the success factors of leading entrepreneurs from local university education and the Google’s Empowering Young Entrepreneur (EYE) Program. Besides entrepreneurial activities, Mingles is also enthusiastic in youth development. He contributes his experience and knowledge in providing voluntary mentoring and business training services to various non-profit organizations. He is currently serving as the Co-opted Members of the Working Group of Youth Development Fund of the Commission on Youth and Non-official Member of the Social Enterprise Advisory Committee respectively. He also found Hong Kong Institute of Social Impact Analysts and AIESEC Alumni Association of Hong Kong.
