Mr. Geng Xiao Hua Operations Vice President, QIYI Mr. Geng Xiao Hua was born in 1972, graduated from Hunan University, majoring in Industrial Automation as bachelor and acquired master degree in Journalism and Communication Institute, Tsinghua University, majoring in Communication. Now he has been the Vice President of Operations of QIYI.com - one of the most popular online video websites in China. From 1999 to 2009, Mr. Geng Xiao Hua was working in Focus Network(WWW.FOCUS.COM), and in 2007 worked as the general manager of Focus Network, being fully responsible for the direct business portal of Sohu.com in real estate and home decoration area, and daily operation of whole company. In March, 2009, Mr. Geng Xiao Hua left Sohu.com and joined China Mobile, 139 mobile web as Vice President, who was mainly responsible for network promotion and development of own businesses of China Mobile, such as China Mobile Fetion and 139 Mail etc., and establishment and operation of G3 and M-zone. In October, 2009, Mr. Geng Xiao Hua joined Qihoo 360 as Vice President, being responsible for building of one to one teleservice system, technical development and operation of searching product on 360 website and group-buying platform and luxury goods shopping platform as well as 360 B2B platform. Mr. Geng Xiao Hua joined QIYI.com in July 2011 as the Vice President of Operations , fully in charge of the copyright purchase, content construction and self-made content operating works.
