Mr. Zhu Hui Long Vice President of Film Operations and Corporate Development, Youku.com Allen Huilong ZHU is the Vice President of YouKu since August 2006. He was in charge of Youku’s content platform construction, marketing PR strategy and media relations. Currently he is responsible for film related business (film channel operations, youku premium,content acquisition), government relations, business development and strategic cooperation. Before joining Youku, Allen has been serving as Managing Director in Great Wall Broadband Network Telecom Service Co.,Ltd (GWBN) from 2004 to 2005. He was responsible for the preparation and operations of GWBN, engaging specifically in broadband value-added services product planning, business operations and the exploration of business model. From December 2000 to June 2004, Allen has been serving as General Manager in Beijing Great Wall Broadband Network Service Co.,Ltd, which is the joint venture of GWBN, China’s largest Ethernet Broadband operator in the North China. Allen was responsible for the investment, construction, operation and asset management of North China and has launched the first Gbit broadband MAN in China.
