He has guided NDN to become an expanding and profitable enterprise with a diversified group of global clients in the consumer products, telecommunications and entertainment industries. He provides expertise in new media, digital advertising, and marketing solutions necessary to achieve a powerful and unified brand presence on digital advertising. Mr Ann also founded Darizi.com, a Web 2.0 wedding portal for China. He is a pioneer of the online wedding industry in China and has created a unique personal wedding planning online tool that allows newly-weds to plan what they want for their wedding day. In 2008, Andy founded Hot Mob, which is now one of the leading mobile advertising companies in Hong Kong with over 4 billion mobile impressions. Andy graduated from University of British Columbia in Canada and he acquired his EMBA degree at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
