Mr Patrick Connolly
Vice President, Programming, AMC Networks, Sundance TV Global
Patrick Connolly, vice president, programming for AMC I Sundance Channel Global, is responsible for the planning, global strategy, acquisitions and scheduling of all linear and VOD programming schedules, as well as promotion planning and on-air creative for all AMC and Sundance lV International channels. In addition, he executive produces all film festival coverage for Sundance lV Global.

Connolly joined AMC Networks in 2011. Prior to Sundance Channel Global, Mr Connolly was a scheduling and programming consultant with Showtime in the US and, previously, Sundance Channel domestic. In these roles he helped with planning strategy, program scheduling, and ratings analysis for new series.

Mr Connolly began his career in programming at Fox, where he held various roles at Fox Kids I Fox Family I Fox Children's Network including director of planning and scheduling and executive director of programming and development, rising through the ranks and ultimately joining Fox Broadcasting where he served as vice president of children's programming. In that role he oversaw all aspects of children's programming at the network, including acquisitions, scheduling, marketing and on-air.

He also worked as a documentary programming consultant at Sundance Film Festival and as a programmer at Outfest, BAFTA New York and the International Documentary Association .

Active in various industry organizations, Connolly serves as a Board Member of BAFTA New York and is Co-Chair of BAFTA NY's Digital/Social Media. He is also a member of Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (ATAS) and the International Emmys.

Mr Connolly has a degree in English literature from UCLA.
