Mr. Sam Tsien
Director & Head of Customer Service Delivery, Hong Kong, American Express International Inc.
Sam Tsien is the Director & Head of Customer Service Delivery, Hong Kong of American Express International, inc. In his role, Mr. Tsien is responsible for leading the World Service team in Hong Kong to deliver customer servicing to American Express Cardmembers across all Consumer and Corporate Card products. He also focuses on developing customer-oriented strategies, while internally engaging his team to achieve industry-leading servicing standard.

Mr. Tsien joined American Express in 1999 as a Customer Care Professional in the Tele Support Centre in Markham, Toronto, and has held a variety of roles since then, covering credit operations, risk operations, service delivery optimization, etc.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Tsien was the Project Manager of the Global Health Check and Performance Enhancement Process, where he oversaw the resource optimization and operational efficiency of the customer servicing team globally, ensuring the added value to the American Express brand overall.

Mr. Tsien holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics with The University of Toronto, Canada.
