He received a Master’s Degree of Social Science (Criminology) from the University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is now the subject officer of the Employment Services of the Federation. He launched the “Youth Business Hong Kong” in 2005. He served as the member of the Task Force on Continuing Development and Employment-Related Training for Youth under the Education and Manpower Bureau of the Hong Kong SAR Government.
