Ms. Jane Tong Co-founder & Managing Director, Giormani Founded by Jane Tong and Kelvin Ng in 1999, Giormani specializes in sofa design and manufacturing. It has been actively expanding its retail business and become the largest sofa specialty chain store in Hong Kong with 9 retail outlets in different districts. In recent years, it has also embarked successfully on developing the overseas markets. There are Giormani brand concept stores in Denmark, South Korea, Singapore, Japan, Australia and Thailand and products are also distributed to more than 40 countries worldwide. Jane has always been showing her support for original local designs. She set up the Giormani HomeGallery on Giormani 10th anniversary, in the hope of injecting new creative elements into sofa designs and cultivating a wider range of stylish home accessories by working with some local creative artists of different fields. The crossover cooperation exemplifies Giormani’s support for design originality and commitment to foster local creative community, by providing them with a platform where they can showcase their creative talents and artistic works, thus generating new impetus to the creative culture in Hong Kong.
