Daniel has over 10 years of corporate business experience. He managed international standards for Taiwan in the area of Character voices when in the Walt Disney Hong Kong corporate headquarters. At Wall Street Institute (A subsidiary of Citi-Bank) Daniel was responsible for developing the company values and overseeing the training and development of 250 personnel on Effective Customer Service, Selling Skills, and Communication Skills. Daniel and PRESENCE offer tailor-made training in the areas of Presentation skills, Leadership, Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Customer Service, Selling Skills and Team Building Activities. Satisfied clients of these customized programs include global companies such as English Town, Pernold Ricard, Wall Street Institute, Citi Private Bank, Cable TV, RTHK and also the Hong Kong SAR Government. Most recently Daniel has had the opportunity to train Crown Relocation’s Regional Corporate Sales and Service Managers from Shanghai, Beijing, Nanjing, Malaysia, Korea, Thailand and Singapore. In addition to training, Daniel is frequently invited to present for different corporate occasions, he is very experienced in handling a wide range of different media events both locally and abroad - encompassing TV documentaries and radio interviews to product launches, press conferences and fashion shows. A live-on-air TV and radio presenter since 1993, Daniel's experience has ensured that he is trained to think on her feet and react appropriately to situations as they arise. Daniel was born in Hong Kong and grew up in Canada. As such, her upbringing and immersion in both Asian and Western societies has allowed him to be sensitive to aspects of both cultures.
