Before MindWorks, Wayne was previously Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, Nomura Securities and BNP Paribas Bank in Hong Kong, accumulating over 14 years’ work experience in public equities markets trading. In 2002 he graduated from a Masters degree majoring in Finance from the University of New South Wales in Australia.
