Speaker's Profile:
Franco established Food Channels in 2009, he corporates with the renowned Taiwan listed company to introduce Chatime, La Kaffa & b+bc café to Hong Kong, Macau and China markets. More than 200 F&B projects have been completed. He has solid experience in business development, catering industry and franchise business models. He has office in Italy, China & Hong Kong.

Franco graduated from the University of Warwick in England, major in e-Business Management, he worked for New World Group, CSL Mobile and Hong Kong Jockey Club etc, with over 15 years experience on marketing planning & brand management. He is now Franchising, Chairman of Licensing & Franchising Association of Hong Kong (HKLFA). He is the frequent speaker in HKTDC Hong Kong Trade Development Council and HKPC Hong Kong Productivity Council.
