Speaker's Profile:
Dr. Park, Han Jin is currently the Director of China Business Department of Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency(KOTRA). He is also an Executive Director of The Korean-Chinese Association of Social Science Studies(KCSSS). He has been a Director of the KOTRA Beijing Office, a research fellow of The KOTRA Shanghai Office, and a marketing & research manager in KOTRA Hong Kong office from 1997 to 2001. Before joining KOTRA, he served as a faculty member of Korea Air Force Academy(KAFA) from 1989-1992.

He holds an M.A. in political economy from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, a Ph.D. in business management from Fudan University, China. His publications include representative books on Chinese economy like ‘China’s Next Decade’(2005), ‘Interviews with the Chinese CEOs’(2011), ‘Great China’ (co-authored, 2011). Most recently, he wrote many reports and articles related with Chinese macroeconomic policy and Korea-China economic cooperation with a special reference to a Korea-China FTA. Specially, Dr. Park is the editor of Shaun Rein’s Korean edition book ‘The End of Cheap China’.
