Mr. Lee Yuen Hong
Chairman, Tsui Wah Group

Speaker's Profile:
Mr. Lee Yuen Hong, Chairman of the Board and an Executive Director of Tsui Wah Holdings Limited, is primarily responsible for formulating the Group’s overall corporate strategies as well as leading its management and business development. Since he began his career in Hong Kong’s restaurant industry in 1966, he has served in a variety of positions within the industry. In 1989, Mr. Lee founded the Group by acquiring the San Po Kong Tsui Wah restaurant together with business partners. Much of Mr. Lee’s extensive industry experience spanning more than 40 years has been in the Cha Chaan Teng segment.

Mr. Lee is currently the Honorary Chairman of the Association of Coffee and Tea and the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Hong Kong Federation of Restaurants and Related Trades. Mr. Lee also serves as the Vice President of the Guangzhou Restaurant & Catering Association and was appointed as a Council Member of the Shanghai Cuisine Association.
