Speaker's Profile:
As the Managing Director of ZALORA Hong Kong, Cheng Xun has end-to-end responsibility for ZALORA’s Hong Kong business, covering Products, Pricing, Marketing, Operations / Logistics, Customer Experience and Admin / Finance.

Prior to joining ZALORA, Cheng Xun was with McKinsey & Company, where he worked with clients in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, China, Australia and USA on strategy, operations, data analytics and sales & marketing. He also had prior experience working at Singapore Telecoms (SingTel) in their Digital Products team, and at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division.

Cheng Xun holds a BA in Economics and Applied Math from Northwestern University in Illinois, USA.
