Roland Yau Investment Director, CoCoon Roland graduated from the New York University in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in biology and graduated from the University of London in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in law. Roland was the Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, a London based international law firm, from 2008 to 2015. While at Freshfields, he was working in the corporate department focusing on transactions relating to equity capital markets, private equity and mergers and acquisitions.
