As the Retail Segment Marketing Manager for UPS Hong Kong, Amy understands the complex supply chain in the new era for which retailers are serving the intelligent consumers having higher shopping expectations. She identifies bundle of solutions to position them for future growth.

With 10 years of experience in consumer insights and marketing, Amy has been working closely with both big and small businesses in retail industry to learn their supply chain demand and creates opportunities to meet the customers' need and market trend. She is passionate and takes part in the Alternate Delivery Locations expansion which enlarges UPS network in major residential and commercial areas in Hong Kong.
