赵善衡先生 政府资讯科技总监办公室总系统经理 (数据分析) 讲题：政府开放数据 讲者简介: Mr. CHIU has been serving in the HKSAR Government mainly on central information technology (IT) infrastructures and services for over 25 years. He has led various government-wide IT initiatives, including standardisation and virtualisation of the OGCIO’s data centres, central secure messaging within the Government and establishment of the first government cloud platform. His current works mainly include providing data science advisory services and IT infrastructures for government departments in developing data-centric e-government services as well as facilitating them to open up data for public innovation and technological research. Mr CHIU was a winner of the Hong Kong Computer Society Outstanding ICT Awards (Project Management Category) in 2012.
