Dr. Jimmy Tsang, founder of the HK Prince Foods Holdings, established Kang Long Southasia Foods Company since 1986. Major business was supply fresh fruits and vegetables from Thailand for Hong Kong market. In 1999, a new food factory, Prince Foods Manufactory, was set up to produce own brands seasoning products (M.X. Cuisine & Asian Chef). Holdings was also as agent of numbers of well-known food brands and over thousand kinds of Southeast Asian product. Over 30 decades, HK Prince Foods Holdings becomes one of the most successful brand for supplying of Southeast Asian foods to hotel, food & beverage industry in Hong Kong. Holdings starts to entry Hong Kong and China retail market in 2017.

In addition, Dr. Tsang plays an active role for making contribution of sustainable development in manufacturing industry, such provides more employment opportunities in Hong Kong’s labour market. At the same time, he keeps all production lines in local and promotes upgrading higher standard for the industry.
