With over 15 year experiences, Mr. WONG is a former radio network engineer in Hong Kong and Europe specializing in CDMA/UMTS/LTE/WiMAX radio technologies. He has worked in various senior engineering and business roles in major ICT projects including 3G, 4G, NB-IoT, Optical Network, IP network, Cloud Computing in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. His latest work includes 5G commercialization and smart city solutions focusing on building digital infrastructure and new business applications in Hong Kong. He also serves as a committee member of Communications Association of Hong Kong.

Mr. WONG obtained his MSc in E-Commerce and Internet Computing from University of Hong Kong, and MSc in Communications and Signal Processing from Imperial College, University of London.
