Ken is now leading the Innovation Foundry team to explore how Artificial Intelligence, with a specific focus in Chatbots and Robotic Process Automation, can provide scalable, developer-friendly automation solutions to help Enterprise clients improve their operational efficiency and customer support.
Ken also participates in the Industry Training Advisory Committee Member for Qualification Framework of Education Bureau since 2012 and was previously appointed member of Telecom Management Forum between 2008 and 2010.
