Ken’s passion is being a technology innovator that cultivates and nurtures new ways to do business. With his 23 years of solid IT experience working in numerous technology streams such as R&D, Strategic Planning, New Technology Introduction, Network Planning & Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Project Management and Solutions Delivery, Ken has leveraged the latest technologies to deliver customized solutions that serve a diverse range of clients.

Ken is now leading the Innovation Foundry team to explore how Artificial Intelligence, with a specific focus in Chatbots and Robotic Process Automation, can provide scalable, developer-friendly automation solutions to help Enterprise clients improve their operational efficiency and customer support.

Ken also participates in the Industry Training Advisory Committee Member for Qualification Framework of Education Bureau since 2012 and was previously appointed member of Telecom Management Forum between 2008 and 2010.
