Mrs. Xu has over 20 years of experience in IT industry, main focusing on enterprise software and solutions. Used to be employed in Microsoft and Apple, Mrs. Xu joined Xiaoi since 2010 as a senior VP, she has rich management experience in both domestic and international companies. Mrs. Xu led the sales team to explore enterprise market and had provided smart customer service robot solutions for China Mobile, China Telecom, China Unicom, China Construction Bank, Bank of Communications, China Merchants Bank Credit Card Center, Ping An Group and other famous enterprises. The solution upgrades the service mode of a contact center from human-to-human to multimedia and omnichannel interactive services, allowing billions of users can get access to Xiaoi’s intelligent services, which has created mass value for enterprises with innovative technologies and services. Now, Mrs. Xu is responsible for xiao I ecosystem development including partner and xiao I AI learning platform, sales management as Xiaoi’s senior VP.
