Speaker's Profile:
Karen is the lead in business development at Set Sail software, a company focused on building conversational chatbots that go beyond just conversation. She has worked with multiple leading companies such as IKEA, HKTDC, BOC and L'oreal where she has helped launched , trained dozens of clients. Outside of the company, Karen proactively takes part in the AI tech community, participating in multiple hackathons and most noticeably winning several awards for her insightful ideas into major issues.
