Toyoshige Yamanaka Executive Director, Japan Building Materials Association Mr. Yamanaka joined Sadoshima Co., Ltd. in 1982 (manufacturer of metal/steel products) after graduating from Ashiya University, majoring in Industrial Education. He later joined Yamanaka Factory Co., Ltd. in 1986, and was promoted to Director in the same year, and became the president of the company in 1991. He is very active in contributing to the building material industry, and also took up several important positions in the industry, including the Executive Director of Japan Building Materials Association, Director of General Building Research Corporation of Japan, etc.
