Dr Edwin Lee Bridgeway Prime Shop Fund Management Ltd. Dr. Edwin Lee is the Founder and CEO of Bridgeway Prime Shop Fund Management Ltd., the first SFC (Securities and Future Commission) licensed fund management that provides an investment and exchange platform for shop properties in Hong Kong. Bridgeway was started by Dr. Lee as Hong Kong’s first business brokerage company for small businesses in 2001. Riding on its experience of being the first in Hong Kong to have completed over 1,100 business sale transactions, Bridgeway is now solely focused on helping individuals and families to access the prime shop property market worldwide. Bridgeway has executed over 40 shop property transactions since 2009, deploying capital of over HK$1 billion. Edwin is currently a Board Member of Cyberport Hong Kong. Edwin was the sole awardee of the 2010 Hong Kong Business Awards: Young Entrepreneur Award by DHL/South China Morning Post. He was also named the Innovative Entrepreneur of the Year 2007 by the City Junior Chamber of Hong Kong and Entrepreneur of the Year 2012 by Capital Magazine. Edwin is one of the awardees of the 2011 Ten Outstanding Young Persons Selection organized by Junior Chamber International. Bridgeway and Edwin were also twice featured as business case studies: "A Launching Pad for Entrepreneurs" and “The Dynamics of Innovative Entrepreneurship” by the University of Hong Kong which were listed under Harvard Business Review in 2010 and 2012 respectively. Edwin completed his Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Edwin is also a Harvard Alumnus who has completed the 3-year Owner President/ Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2014. Edwin subsequently completed five different executive programs at Harvard in 2015.
