(HKSE no.0095). Commercial activities in Yangon started in 1996 in shipping agency business which continues to this day. Past work experience include: technical services at the American Bureau of Shipping NY/NJ, ladies accessories manufacturing/distribution in San Francisco, Hong Kong and Shenzhen; real estate activities in Vancouver BC, USA and the PRC. Former Yangtze River Delta subcommittee member in the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce; member of the Hong Kong – Thailand Business Council; corporate member of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce. Born in Myanmar but raised in Southeast Asia and Hong Kong. Education: B.Sc.(1st Class Hons) degree in Naval Architecture & Shipbuilding (Newcastle University UK); Dual S.M. in Ocean Systems Management and Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering (M.I.T.)
