Mr Frank Wouters General Director, Dinh Vu Industrial Zone Joint Stock Company Speech Topic: Vietnam – What has changed? Haiphong Mega Infrastructure Cluster Gateway of the North of Vietnam Frank Wouters is heading the development of Dinh Vu Industrial Zone (DVIZ) and its neighbouring industrial parks, together creating the Deep C Industrial Cluster in the North of Vietnam. As the General Manager of DVIZJSC and the Managing Director of Infra Asia Investment (IAI) for the last 4 years, he is responsible for developing and running the companies in Vietnam and taking care of customers in setting up companies/ factories/ operations in DVIZ as well as in the Deep C Industrial Cluster. In addition he is appointed as the Advisor in Economic Diplomacy for the Belgian Embassy in Vietnam. Frank Wouters has been with his family since 2011 in Vietnam.
