Dr. Wilfred WONG Ying-wai Chairman, Hong Kong International Film Festival Society; Chairman, Asian Film Awards Academy & Vice Chairman, Hong Kong Film Development Council (Hong Kong SAR) Dr. Wilfred Wong Ying-wai is the Chairman& CEO of Hsin Chong Construction Group Limited and the Chairman of Synergis Holdings Limited which both are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. For his distinguished public service, Dr. Wong was awarded the Silver Bauhinia Star Medal by the Hong Kong SAR Government in 2007. He was educated at Harvard University (MPA), Oxford University, University of Hong Kong (BSoc.Sc.) and Chinese University of Hong Kong.
