Mr. Ahn Taeg Ho
Managing Director of Future Strategy, Munhwa Broadcasting (MBC)
Mr. Taeg Ho Ahn is currently a Managing Director of Future Strategy in the MBC, top 3 nation’s major broadcasters in Korea. Before the current position, he was a Managing Director of Programming, MBC.

He was also a head of International Business Division where he conducted international sales of MBC programs such as ‘Jewel in the Palace’, ‘Princess Hours’. And he also served as the director for the Content Strategy & Business Development Division where he started digital download service with Warner Home Video Korea. He used to be the director in the Network Program Planning Division, designed strategies to enhance MBC - TV’s network programming competitiveness. In the year 2000, Mr. Ahn has established the Korea’s first-ever TV joint venture with ESPN and STAR Sports - ‘MBC-ESPN’ , Korea’s top sports cable/satellite TV channel where he served one year as the Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Ahn has won a Journalist Award for Promotion of Korean Reunification in 1999 as well as The Best Program of the Month Award by KBC (Korean Broadcasting Commission) in 1998. He Joined MBC in 1984 and worked at many divisions, such as TV Programming, TV Movies, Corporate Planning, Current Affairs & Information Program Division.

Mr Taegho Ahn is a Ph.D. candidate in Mass Communication at Kwang Woon University; M.A. in Telecommunication (Broadcasting & Multi-Channel Management) at Michigan State University as well as a B.A. in English Language & Literature at Korea University.
