Andrea Ponti Founder, Ponti Design Studio Limited Andrea Ponti is an Italian designer specializing in product design. Since 2013 he has lived in Hong Kong, where he founded Ponti Design Studio. Fascinated by Japanese aesthetics, Ponti lived seven years in Japan. He collaborated with Japanese design masters Chiaki Murata and Junzo Yamashita. He received the 2017 iF Design Award, two Red Dot Design Awards, three Good Design Awards and the first prize at the 2012 LG Mobile Design Competition. Ponti designs for several global companies such as Panasonic, Philips and Samsonite. He also collaborates with numerous start-ups from Asia, Europe and North America. His projects are featured in leading international design media.
