Mr. Li joined IQIYI in January 2010, and held various positions including South China Senior Director and Chief Manager of Membership Unit. Now he is President of IQIYI Motion Pictures and Vice President of IQIYI, responsible for film development, investment, promotion, etc. IQIYI Motion Pictures, established on July 17th, 2014, is the wholly owned subsidiary of IQIYI, a movie company with strong internet background. IQIYI Motion Pictures announced “7+1” Movies Program when established and the first co-production project was Jiang Wen’s “Gone with the Bullets”. In one and a half year, IQIYI Motion Pictures invested and produced 17 traditional movies, 11 internet movies, and promoted or distributed 8 films. In particular, “The Monkey King II” achieved a box office of 1.1 billion RMB. In 2016, the company will present 11 works including “Three", "Lost In White", “The Deadly Reclaim”, “iGirl” and “Chibi Maruko-chan” to the movie audience in China.
