Liu Binxing, Leo has more than 10 years background in Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence and ICT globalization, with strong knowledge and experience in planning and internationalization of high-tech industry. After joining Alibaba Group, Leo served as the General Manager of Alibaba Cloud Outbound Business and Alibaba Cloud HK & Macau. Leo is now he the General Manager of Alibaba Cloud (Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan & Korea Region) leading a team to build infrastructure and provide cloud products such as Computing, Security, CDN, Big Data services to all kinds of industries like government, finance, retail, internet, etc. In addition, Leo focuses on industry transformation by launching the Artificial Intelligence and the “ET Brain” solution worldwide, which makes Alibaba Cloud to be one of the biggest Public Cloud Provider in the region. Meanwhile he supports the development of startups and incubators by contributing technology and capital resources.

Prior to joining Alibaba Group, he worked in Huawei as Director of CEE & Nordic for Cloud & Data Centre Business. Leo graduated from Tongji University, Shanghai and held master degree in Loughborough University, UK.
