Speaker's Profile:
Bong Kwok, headed off to Australia right after he has completed a culinary program in Hong Kong. He joined two renowned restaurants in Australia and spent a year to gain exposure from overseas. Once he was back to Hong Kong, he has recruited by famous Five Star Hotels as a Chef. In July 2013, he established his first ever business – LOFT Kitchen in Kuwn Tong. He expanded his business by setting up ATUM in the following year.
