Mr. Lau Pak Lam Eric

Eric Lau, Co-founder of R-Guardian, is a young entrepreneur who believes the merge of technology and business is the best way to change the world. He founded R-Guardian in June 2014 and there are a lot of achievements made throughout last year. This year, Eric wants to bring his start-up to a new stage.
Eric holds a degree of Actuarial Science from Chinese University of Hong Kong. Eric worked in bank and insurance company. Also, He was one of the founders of Off-shore limited, a financial consultancy company. The experience he gained there changed his mindset from being a professional in finance industry to founding his own business.
Eric and R-Guardian won a few start-up competitions last year, including winner of Asia Venture Challenge held in Bangkok. Also, R-Guardian is one of the CCMF-grantees in 2014.
