Horace Lam General Manager, UberEATS Hong Kong Horace joined Uber in 2013 as one of the first employees of the Uber China team. He helped launch Uber in its 2nd city in China - Guangzhou, and has gone on leading the Strategy team in China before returning to his hometown Hong Kong in 2016 to launch and manage UberEATS.
